How Many Workbooks Should I Use?
When you create a workbook, it is helpful to think about the type of analysis that you want to do.
Individual projects can be managed in individual workbooks. However, Deltek recommends using one workbook if any of the following scenarios are true:
- The projects report up to the same organizational hierarchy.
- You want to compare results across projects.
- The individual projects represent one program.
- You only want to manage one workbook.
